Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you") and Zenira Flow International. By clicking "Accept", "Start Your Flow", or by accessing our software and services, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the conditions set forth herein.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service.

User Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of, or access to the Service by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms.

Account Responsibilities:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Limited Usage License

Zenira Flow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our proprietary software, content, and AI models strictly for your personal, non-commercial health and wellness purposes.

License Restrictions:

Reverse engineering AI models.
Scraping or harvesting data.
Reselling class content.
Circumventing security measures.
Using Service for commercial gain.
Automated access via bots.

Billing & Subscriptions

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled 24 hours prior.

Refund Policy

Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable. Prorated credits are not provided.

AI & Medical Disclaimer

Zenira Flow utilizes sophisticated artificial intelligence to provide movement analysis and posture feedback. However, technological limitations exist.

Critical Health Notice

The Service does not provide medical advice. The AI-generated feedback is for informational purposes only. You assume all risk of injury associated with your use of the Service. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any exercise program.

Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ZENIRA FLOW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENIRA FLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
